Strawberry apple salad. Mixed greens with sliced apples, blue cheese crumbles, candied walnuts and strawberry vinaigrette.
Sweet n’ spicy Asian salad. Mixed greens with mandarin oranges, carrots, sliced almonds, wonton strips and soy-ginger vinaigrette.
Classic caesar salad. Romaine greens with house croutons, parmesan cheese, & tossed with caesar dressing.
Mixed green salad. Mixed greens topped with carrots, tomatoes, onions, & house croutons.
Choice of 2 salad dressings.
Prices vary, depending upon number of guests & location. Hail Mary’s can provide a full service catering experience or can provide banquet food for pick-up or delivery. We require a deposit up front & full payment before the event, unless prior arrangements are made.
